Celebrating elegant countryside destination events in the Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York, Oak Knolls Manor is a classic country estate with a beautiful wedding barn event venue on the property. We are a situated on State Route 5 between the Villages of Avon and Caledonia, in the heart of the historic Genesee Valley in Livingston County. The property includes a restored 1890's Federal Colonial Farmhouse with Wells Barn, out building, and grain silos, surrounded by hundreds of acres of farmland. Our mission is to create an elegant country destination wedding or event experience for you and your guests that is truly and distinctly unique.

At Oak Knolls Manor, we pride ourselves on building relationships with our clients. Our business model is built around a simple concept. We host ONE EVENT per weekend at our venue.
This provides our clients with the opportunity to slow down with their family and friends to create a destination wedding that they will never forget.
Giving our focused attention to each event avails itself to support our clients in creating a style and flair that embodies their personality. This approach gives their day meaning and fosters individuality to allow them to create a unique experience for their guests.
Having time during the week with access to the venue allows our clients, their caterer, and their other service providers ample time to setup and create the backdrop they have dreamed of.
