Venue Rental Fee

We charge a $7,500 rental fee for the use of our barn venue.

You will have access to the barn starting at 9am on Thursday for setup and decorating. Pick up of personal items will take place on Monday from 8am to 12noon. 


You will be able to hold your event on Friday OR Saturday.

In addition, we charge a $500 on-site ceremony fee.

This fee includes rental of ceremony chairs and an arbor (delivery, set up, and take down) and coordination of your ceremony with a scheduled ceremony rehearsal the day before. 

*Off-site ceremonies do not require the $500 ceremony fee.

Our Event Season runs from May through October.

PLEASE NOTE:  drinks, catering, and other services ARE NOT included in the above Barn Venue Rental Fee.

Venue Access

  • Client has access to the barn venue from 9am on Thursday to 12noon on Sunday


  • Basic chair and table setup for reception only

  • On Site Facility Manager during event
