BARN VENUE RENTAL FEE

We charge a $7,000 rental fee for use of our barn venue.
 

You will have access to the barn venue starting at 9am on Thursday for setup and decorating, and ending on Sunday at 12noon for break down and removal of your personal items.

You will be able to hold your event on Friday OR Saturday.


Our Event Season runs from May through October.

BARN VENUE RENTAL FEE INCLUDES

Use of Venue

  • Main barn and stage area

  • Elegant indoor restrooms (handicapped accessible)

  • Three large Murano Crystal Chandeliers

  • Venue draping and cafe lighting

  • Covered and lighted 'Fox' deck

  • Open sky view 'Kleinkbell' deck

  • Outdoor and indoor ceremony options

  • Bridal House on day of event for 5 hours prior to event

  • Area for groomsmen to get ready

  • Hundreds of acres of scenic views

  • Lighted parking area for up to 100 cars

  • Handicapped Parking area

  • Grain Bin Silos with gas fire pits

Venue Access

  • Client has access to the barn venue from 9am on Thursday to 12noon on Sunday
