Venue Fee


We charge a $8,500 fee for the use of our venue.

You will have access to the venue  starting at 9AM on Thursday for setup and decorating. Personal item pick up will take place by 2PM on Sunday. 


Events will be held on Saturdays.


In addition, we charge a $1,000 on-site ceremony fee.

This fee includes rental, set up, and take down of ceremony chairs and arbor, and coordination of your ceremony with a scheduled ceremony rehearsal the day before.


Off-site ceremonies do not require the $1,000 ceremony fee.

Our event season runs from May through October and our capacity is 250.

Weekend destination package available upon request.

  • On-site Facility Manager during event

Amazing venue. Sally and Julie were beyond wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond to make our day perfect. They treated us like family and were so accommodating.


Just a great venue to have a wedding. The owners are great to work with and the view is spectacular. The Wells Barn is part of history in this area.


As the mother of the bride, I had so many compliments on the venue. My sister said if all the future weddings she had to go to were at Oak Knolls Manor, it would be just fine with her.
